Had a fantastic weekend stay at a lovely hotel. the room was spotless, beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding and high-quality toiletries provided. Breakfast was cooked to order, with locally sourced produce and fresh fruit. the hosts were very friendly and accommodating, offering recommendations on places to visit in the area. the hotel is conveniently located near main roads and within walking distance to great pubs and restaurants. An added bonus was the booklet provided with information about the surrounding area and activities, making it easy to plan our day trips.
the only minor issue was that there was limited on-site parking, but we were able to find plenty of street parking nearby.

The hotel was exactly as described on the internet. We were warmly welcomed by the owners , directed to our beautiful room . so much attention to detail in this establishment , quality towels , fresh smelling bedding and chocolates on the bedside table . a short walk to rhos on sea harbour and beach front and bars. Ideally positoned for colwyn bay and llandudno just a short drive away. A delightful dining room with excellent food to suit all tastes and first class service. Recommended to book early for your required dates as our only dissapointment was we could only have one night as they were fully booked. Now we know why .
The only facility lacking was a larger car park , though there is ample parking close by on the road. Approx 50 mts away. It would be difficult for a disabled person to access the main entrance as there is no ramp and no lift to other floors.

Limited facilities compared to larger hotels.

What a great weekend! The room was bigger than I expected and had a TV with plenty of movies to choose from. The location was perfect, with the beach and great restaurants just a short walk away. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of options available and very filling.
The parking was a bit limited, but since we arrived early we managed to find a spot in front of the hotel. , the bathroom was a little small and outdated compared to the rest of the room, but it was still very clean and functional.

On arrival met by the lovely host, Sally. All that we were looking for we found: very welcoming, whole house very clean, breakfast cooked to order and delicious. We found the area to be central for our needs within an easy 40 minute drive to Mount Snowdon and close enough to walk to a clean beach. Very close by a pub serving a great carvery for your evening meal.

E liked the beautifully and tastefully designed room and dining room. The cleanliness and tidyness of everything in the room and bathroom. We loved the family running the House, very friendly and obliging. The House was very comfortably set and situated. We would surely recomend Stavely House to friends and family.

Staveley House was ideal for both beach and shopping it was in a quiet location but within easy walking distance of shops, pubs and resturants.Just a short drive to LLandudno, Colwyn Bay and Rhyll it is an ideal place to stay and tour the coast. The hostess was friendly and well informed about the area. Breakfast was when you requested it and very well cooked. Our room was large, very clean and overlooked a well maintanied garden. Our stay at Staveley House was excellent in every respect. We were given the master bedroom with our own private bathroom across the corridor and it was just luxury. Not only was the room as big as the average hotel suite but the separate bathroom was also pleasantly spacious. After several quite small rooms with tiny bathrooms it was a pleasure indeed. The breakfasts in the bright and airy dining room were also excellent with plenty of options and a civilised time frame. The cooked breakfasts were scrumptious and beautifully prepared. We would happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in that part on North Wales.
